Доброго времени суток дорогие форумчане. Помогите решить проблему или подскажите в чем дело. Хочу замоделить процесс работы шнека в трубе, что-то типа экструдера. Сделал шнек. Вокруг шнека нарисовал цилиндр. В CFX создал 2а домена. Домен шнека указал как immersed solid, задал для этого домена систему координат и задал вращение. Граничные условия для трубы, имитирующей материал, задал как свободный выход (Opening), а на входе массовый расход. Так же инициализировал домен для жидкости . Расчет делаю Transient. Также использую созданный мною метериал похожий на расплав пластика .
Теперь, что касается вопросов: После расчета получается, что сам шнек вращается, но эфекта от его вращения нет. Как и нет увеличения давления на выходе. Также возникают большие разряжения. Может кто подскажет как более правильно сделать данный расчет
В результате моделирования хочу получить расход вещества, момент на валу.
