Ошибка The geometry editor was closed abnormally. Как решить?

Всем привет. Я новенький в Ansys. 

Решил создать простую модель используя Static Structular. Сначала хочу создать геометрическую сетку. Для этого я нажимаю на Geometry. 

После нажаття возникает ошибка ->"The geometry editor was closed abnormally". 

Попытался импортировать в проект геометрию.  Затем нажал на Model.

Получил ошыбку снизу.

Что делать? Я  использую студенческую версию 19.2
